Want to charter a boat  for a cruise, it's not that complicated. All you need is a minimum of 20 people and it's yours. 

Stocked with a full bar, there is also a Restaurant on board. There is a full music system on board, you can even play your own stuff - bring your CDs or hook up the MP3. You can even book a band to play as you float along. 

For safety no smoking anywhere on board, still you can do without for a few hours.
