Ok, so what is mountain boarding ?

Basically it's a cross between snowboarding and skateboarding. You get a large board with big fat tyres and go downhill over grass, over jumps (if you want to) and through forest trails. No snow for soft landings unfortunately but helmets, knee & elbow pads are provided. 

Obviously you will have an Instructor who will teach all the tricks, you don't have to have done snowboarding or skateboarding before.
