Have a really fun day at Belly Dance Wales. Arrive, loose clothing is best. First of all, we don't want anyone pulling anything (at least not in this class anyhow), so a little bit of gentle warm up is called for. Belly Dance is a really good ice breaker and fun, perfect for your henparty.
