At the end of a Hen Party night out the most important thing for the girls to do so that they will feel that the day or weekend was a total success is to dance.
Dancing is in the genes of all mankind.
So sisters, why wait until the end of the Hen Party affair to begin dancing?
Why not start early by making the afternoon activity a line dance lesson or session.
A LINE DANCE is described as a choreographed dance in which the sequence of steps are repeated over and over as the dancers form lines or rows and where there is no physical contact between dancers.
The music has generally a country and western flavour and girls can add to the authenticity of the occasion by wearing cowboy boots and hats.
Some of the Hens will already be familiar with the dance routine but for those that are new to it, they will find it great fun and a good tone up exercise.
It also helps to build up an appetite for the evening meal.
There are many Line dance classes and they all welcome groups and in particular Hen Party girls.
